Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting a request on it-m.co with the “Send request” button, you consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms below. Consent is given under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

1. Who processes the data

2. What data is processed

Only what you entered in the request form yourself:

your name;
your phone number, WhatsApp number or Telegram username;
your email address, if you request the contract;
your role (executive, project manager or developer), if you chose one;
a description of your customer base, if you propose a partnership.

Please don’t include other people’s personal data in the description of your customer base, such as your clients’ names, phone numbers or addresses. It’s enough to describe who they are and how many.

3. Why

to contact you and respond to your request;
to discuss launching your app, a consultation or a partnership;
to send you the contract, if you requested it.

4. What we do with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is mixed: with and without the use of automation tools.

We don’t share your data with third parties or disclose it, except where the law requires it. The data is stored in databases located in the Russian Federation.

5. How long consent is valid and how to withdraw it

Consent is valid for 3 years from the moment you submit the request, or until you withdraw it, whichever comes first. Once the purposes of processing are achieved, the data is deleted.

To withdraw consent, email i (at) it-m.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent” and include the name and contact details you left in the request. You can also send a written statement to the mailing address. After we receive the withdrawal, we stop processing and delete the data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Your rights

You can find out which of your data we process, ask us to correct, block or delete it, and appeal our actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court. Send requests to i (at) it-m.ru.

7. Confirmation

By clicking “Send request”, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the data you provided is yours, and that you give consent freely, of your own will and in your own interest. The consent is specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous.
